- Designed with a five-sheave lifting wheel shaft for smoother and more stable operation, minimizing swaying.
- Black resin baked paint, corrosion-resistant and non-reflective; rubber gaskets are used at the seams of the aluminum alloy body to achieve an IP55 protection rating for the entire body
- The curved guide chain plate is made of reinforced nylon, sturdy and durable, keeping the chain in the central position and ensuring smooth operation.
- Folding handle for easy maneuverability and space-saving storage of the electric hoist.
- The housing is manufactured through gravity die casting with aluminum alloy, making it lightweight yet more robust and durable.
- The gears are made of alloy steel and undergo heat treatment, providing stable mechanical operation and reducing wear. Additionally, the gears undergo precision grinding to lower operational noise.
- The upper and lower hooks are made of high-strength heat-treated forged steel, allowing for a 360-degree rotation
- Built-in overheat protection device with a start-up protection temperature of 140 (+/-5) degrees Celsius. When the temperature reaches the activation threshold, the electric hoist can only lower and cannot ascend during operation
- The electronic limit switch can directly move to the upper and lower limit positions on the chain setting device
